Louis Saha believes Ruud van Nistelrooy will benefit from playing in the FA Cup Final - if he can help the Reds to shoot down Arsenal on Saturday. Comparing his strike partner with Arsenal star Thierry Henry, Saha says: "Thierry has played in the World Cup. Ruud has never played in major finals.
